Hello i have an issue in homepage link courses
http://infrop.fabiotoscano.it/

Why two different links are generated?
Example:
http://infrop.fabiotoscano.it/corsi/posturologia (If i click from title slider in homepage)
http://infrop.fabiotoscano.it/corsi/corso-posturologia (If i click from item menù)
